Keratin Complex PBO – Transform Your Hair! ($150+)
Note: This is an in-person salon service. Please do not purchase if you cannot attend in person.

At our salon, we believe that looking good should also feel great! Our Keratin Complex PBO Service transforms unruly, frizzy hair into luxuriously smooth, manageable locks that last up to 3 months.
Eligibility:
- This service is exclusively for existing clients who have visited us within the last six months.

New and returning clients (those we haven’t seen in over six months) must complete an Online Keratin Consultation before booking.
Pricing Guidelines:
Prices are determined by hair condition, length, and density at the time of your appointment. Hair will be stretched to measure the correct length.

DENSITY PRICING:
If your hair is thick, additional charges apply:
- Minimal Thick (4 inches): $15 (10-15 min extra time)
- Medium Thick (5-6 inches): $20 (15-20 min extra time)
- Very Thick (7-8 inches): $25 (30-45 min extra time)
- Extremely Thick (9-11 inches): $35 (45-60 min extra time)
- Excessively Thick (12-14+ inches): $45 (60-90 min extra time)
Booking Your Keratin Service:
After checkout, please text a screenshot of your receipt to 480-485-4413. We will provide the first available appointment based on our current schedule. Our calendar is open 4 weeks at a time on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rescheduling Policy:
Once your appointment is confirmed, you can modify your date once as a courtesy. Any further changes will lead to a cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit – no exceptions.

Reservation Policy & Cancellations
General Services: 48-hour notice required to avoid fees.
Additional Notes:

Chemical & Keratin Usage: Any additional product needed, such as extra color or treatment bowls, will be determined during your service and added to your total at checkout.

All pre-paid services, packages, series, and products are non-refundable. Funds are added to your salon account and must be used within six months.

Black Friday service deals are not valid on existing pre-booked appointments.
Gift Card Purchases
- Appointments are valid only for the name on the receipt. Gift purchases may be redeemed by the recipient if the buyer provides the recipient’s name at the time of purchase. All gift redemptions must be scheduled by the recipient and cannot be transferred again.
- Limit two per person; up to two additional may be purchased as gifts.

Promotional Value & Gift Cards: May be used across multiple visits but must be redeemed within six months of purchase.

All Series: must be purchased in full, receive a discounted rate, redeemed in-salon Tuesday through Saturday, used within 90 days, and cannot be combined with any other offers. Unused series services are not refundable.

Series Saturday appointments incur a $20 surcharge. Upgraded services are an additional cost.
