Important Booking Details

• After your purchase, please text 480-485-4413 to confirm availability and schedule your appointment.
• Appointments are valid only for the name on the receipt.
• Gift purchases may be redeemed by the recipient if the buyer provides the recipient’s name at the time of purchase.
• All gift redemptions must be scheduled by the recipient and cannot be transferred again.
• If this is a gift purchase, please provide the recipient’s full name, email, and phone number at checkout so we can create their salon profile and contact them to confirm availability and service details.
• Promotional Value & Gift Cards:  Gift cards and promotional value may be used across multiple visits but must be redeemed within six months of purchase.

Black Friday 2025 Terms & Conditions

• Can be purchased now and booked for appointments from December 1, 2025, through January 31, 2026.
• All deals must be purchased online using the provided links and promo codes. In-store purchases are not available
• Open to new, existing, and returning clients.
• Services must be redeemed by January 31, 2026.

Payment

Consultation Requirements:

• Complete required consultation forms if it has been:

  • Over 6 months since your last visit for general services

  • 6–8 months for GinaCurl or Japanese Hair Straightening clients

• Black Friday pre-screening fees are waived.

• Long hair or high-density hair may incur additional charges, quoted during a mini consultation and due before service begins.

Deposits & Holiday Booking Requirements:

• $60 Holiday Deposit required for all services booked during blackout dates. Applies to all clients.

• Specialty & Premium Specialty Services (Keratin, Relaxers, Hair Extensions, Japanese Hair Straightening, GinaCurl) require their specific deposits to secure appointments.
• All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be paid by Monday, December 30, 2025. Deposits do not carry over into 2026.

Reservation Policy & Cancellations

General Services: 48-hour notice required to avoid fees.

• Specialty Services (Keratin, Relaxers, Hair Extension Installs): 72-hour notice required.  
• Premium Specialty Services (Japanese Hair Straightening, GinaCurl): 7-day notice required.  
• Late change requests or cancellations within the required notice period may forfeit your deposit, and a new deposit may be required to rebook.   

Additional Notes:

• Chemical & Keratin Usage:  Any additional product needed, such as extra color or treatment bowls, will be determined during your service and added to your total at checkout.

• All pre-paid services, packages, series, and products are non-refundable. Funds are added to your salon account and must be used within six months.

• Black Friday service deals are not valid on existing pre-booked appointments. 

Gift Card Purchases

• Appointments are valid only for the name on the receipt. Gift purchases may be redeemed by the recipient if the buyer provides the recipient’s name at the time of purchase. All gift redemptions must be scheduled by the recipient and cannot be transferred again.
• Limit two per person; up to two additional may be purchased as gifts.
• Promotional Value & Gift Cards: May be used across multiple visits but must be redeemed within six months of purchase.

Series:  

• All Series: must be purchased in full, receive a discounted rate, redeemed in-salon Tuesday through Saturday, used within 90 days, and cannot be combined with any other offers. Unused series services are not refundable.
• Series Saturday appointments incur a $20 surcharge. Upgraded services are an additional cost.
