Ms. CeCe is a professionally licensed hair stylist and owner of Endless Creations Salon in Gilbert, Arizona. She is a graduate of Technical Institute of Cosmetology Arts & Sciences (TICAs) – Tulsa, Oklahoma where she earned her Master Cosmetology Degree. She pursued her passion for healthy hair and has been a professional hairstylist for over 20 + years.

She has expertise in all hair types and hair textures from fine hair to coarse and curly hair textures.  She understands the challenges of super straight hair such as Asian hair as well as highly textured hair such as African Caribbean hair. Each hair type can look its best with the right care and the right haircut and style. Ms Cece is evangelical about using right treatments and creating the best growing conditions for hair of all textures.
