Order & Payment Confirmation
Order Confirmation| After placing your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This indicates that we have received your order in our system. If your item(s) are not in stock, we will advise you immediately.
Please contact Customer Service via email at email@example.com and leave your order number and details.
Note: All emails will be responded to in 24-28 hours.
Payments| Payments are made via PAYPAL or your preferred payment method
Processing Time| It will take 1-2 business days to process your order. Processing starts after you have placed an order and submitted payment. The processing time is in place to ensure that all payments have successfully cleared. Please consider the processing time when inquiring about the status of an order.
All Orders are processed Monday-Friday, during normal business hours. Orders that are placed on weekends, holidays or after business hours will be processed the next business day.
Shipping times are separate from the processing time when anticipating the arrival of your order.

Same Day Delivery Policy
Same Day Delivery Within Phoenix and surrounding areas. Same day-delivery is available Monday – Friday 12 am - 12 pm.
Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. If the products are eligible and you order by 12 pm local time you can have your item(s) delivered the same day. Just select Same-Day deliver at checkout.
Same-day delivery orders are delivered by our delivery partner. Holiday delivery times may vary.
ECS charges state sales tax on orders to Arizona at the rate applicable for the purchaser. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and ECS in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount to the state. The current general tax rate for Arizona is 8.6%.
Shipping Costs | Free on all orders $49 and over!
For orders totaling less than $49, there is a flat shipping and handling charge of $7.95.
Shipping Times | Orders will typically ship within 24-48 hours Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
Note: Tracking information is automatically emailed to you when your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
For US orders, we exclusively use both USPS or FEDEX. Delivery is estimated 2-5 business days.
- Orders shipped via USPS will be delivered within 3-5 business days of the shipping date
- Orders shipped via FEDEX will be delivered within 2-5 business days of the shipping date.
- If your order is being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, a Military Address, or another U.S. Territory, please allow 6-8 business days for delivery.
National holidays, weather and traffic can extend delivery times
If we are unable to ship your order USPS or FEDEX, we will notify you via email and ship your order UPS.

Our shipping is based on the weight of your package and the zip code. USPS is our default shipping company, unless you select FEDEX. For free shipping promotions, we use USPS PRIORITY and EXPRESS.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us that includes your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package We send your tracking information to the email address you provide when checking out.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 days for the tracking number information to show. In some rare case(s), the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order
