Returns & Refunds Policy
We at ECS work very hard to ship your beauty supplies to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Should you have any questions regarding shipping, refunds, returns or exchanges, please don't hesitate to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds| Due to the nature of this business, there are NO REFUNDS for any of the services provided and products purchased. Please Review your and inspect your order carefully before submitting a payment.
Returns| We are proud to offer a return/exchange on unopened item(s). We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order. We are more than happy to accommodate eligible* returns/exchanges with 15 days of receiving your order.
15 Day Free Exchanges. If at any time during the first 15 days after you have received your order and you wish to make a return, please contact customer service via email at email@example.com and leave your order number and details.
Return Details| Due to the nature of the products we sell, your order must meet Federal Health Regulations before requesting a return/exchange. All returns/exchanges are processed within 1-2 business days upon arrival to our offices.
- All of our products are directly received from the manufacturers and have undergone a quality assurance process to ensure that they are free from any imperfections. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the package.
- DO NOT OPEN, TAMPER WITH OR REMOVE THE SECURITY SEAL. We cannot accept returns/exchanges if the security seal has been removed. Item(s) must be in all of its original packaging and not be removed from the packaging.
- You must provide a receipt and/or any paperwork that accompanied your purchase.
- Packages must be shipped back, security tag attached, in the original packaging.
- Items not sent back in the original package, we are not responsible for damage to the item and it will not be eligible for return/exchange.
- All shipment fees (including returns/exchanges) must be covered by the customer even when the customer has had free or flat rate shipping. The actual shipment fees will be removed from the refund total.
- You must email us with your intent to return the item, so we can ensure the firm receipt of the item(s).
- Our fulfillment department must inspect all incoming shipments to ensure all products are in its original condition.
- No in-store credit will be given if the product has been opened, damaged or manipulated in any manner from its original state, including the product tag(s).
- If we error, we will pay return shipping. Contact Customer Service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you error, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Just ship it back with the order number and your information clearly available and we will get you credited!
- Returns of Electronic Equipment (Flat Irons, Hair Dryers, and Curling Irons) may be made within our 45-day return policy. Defective electronic equipment may be returned to the manufacturer even after our 45-day return policy has expired. For repair or replacement at the manufacturer's discretion, see the warranty information included in the packaging of the product.
- If returns become excessive, we reserve the right to refuse to do business.
Delivered But Not Received
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation with Signature. If the tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the appropriate courier to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address
Change Submitted Orders Policy
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or modify orders once submitted. However, you may return the unopened box to us at your local post office, you will need to pay return shipping and we will give you in-store credit. You will receive an email when the credit is processed.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when it arrives. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it and take photographs when signing for delivery. If your item(s) does arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
